With Xbox’s 20th anniversary this year, the company has done a lot to celebrate this special milestone. There are the limited edition Adidas shoes, the chic Halo Xbox Series X and more. Now there is also an Xbox digital museum for you to browse.
Getting there is easy – visit museum.xbox.com. We strongly encourage you to sign up as this creates a unique museum area for you, containing information about your history with Xbox as a brand, your achievements and more. But that’s not all. There are several other areas within the museum that your Metaverse-like avatar can visit: the original Xbox, the Xbox 360, the Xbox One, the Xbox Series X / S, and a Halo section.
As you walk through the individual museum areas with your keyboard, you can place your 3D avatar in yellow circles on the floor. These circles are in front of museum exhibits and once inside the circle you can interact with the exhibit to learn more. For example, in the original Xbox room, there is a circle in front of an exhibit titled “Bill Gates and The Rock Team Up to Unveil the Xbox.” Interacting with this exhibit will take you to an interactive story with information about this reveal, a video of the event, and more.
So are each of the digital exhibits, and it seems like it takes hours to walk through the entire museum. It’s quite a comprehensive range of information, not to mention it has your own personal story with Xbox in one section as well.
Visit museum.xbox.com to tour the exhibition yourself, and then find out about some of them Game Informer Halo Infinite Coverage – Halos is finally celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. After that, check out these Xbox 360 Adidas sneakers and take a look at this new Halo Xbox Elite controller.
