Unreal Life, a point-and-click adventure game by Japanese developer hako life, will make the leap to the European eShop on December 3rd, has been confirmed.
The game, which was launched in Japan and the USA a year ago today, is finally going to Europe thanks to Selecta Play; The company helped prepare the English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, and Portuguese localizations for release so that many new players can try them out for the first time.
The players take on the role of Hal, a girl who has lost most of her memories and can only remember her teacher, Miss Sakura. As she sets off to find Miss Sakura, Hal can touch objects to display her memories, helping her slowly regain her own memories as she finds hits and solves puzzles.
One of the few online reviews of the game from Siliconera calls Unreal Life an “otherworldly beauty”. They said, “Unreal Life is an adventure game of a special kind. It’s hauntingly beautiful, with a story that’s more touching than you might expect.”
