The statement comes from a tweet posted on the game’s official Twitter account that talked about the fans’ reaction to what had been shown so far and why they decided to postpone the launch in the first place.

We decided to push our launch forward because we need more time to make this game the best possible game. It seems like the delays keep popping up, but the truth is, it’s much better to see more and more developers resigning themselves to delaying their games when they can instead of just trying to get a product out that will ultimately do their reputation could do more harm than anything.
