Activision has released the covers Call of Duty: Black Ops – Cold War Update 1.26 Patch Notes for your consumption, bringing the former PlayStation-exclusive Onslaught mode to PC and Xbox, as well as adding a new Hammer & Sickle weapon, bug fixes and more.

Hammer & sickle
New melee weapon now available via weapon unlock challenges in multiplayer and zombies or via the store bundle.
New challenge to unlock weapons for multiplayer and zombies for the LAPA SMG.
100 percent rewards
Added rewards for the “100 Percenter” challenge for multiplayer, zombies and campaign.
Players will now receive an animated business card when completing 100% of the challenges in each mode.
Dark Ops Challenges are not required to earn 100 Percenter Calling Cards.
Players who have already completed all challenges in a particular mode will receive the calling card retrospectively.
New weapon construction plan
The new “Deputy” Tactical Rifle Weapon Plan has been added to the Prestige Shop.
Old phone cards
New legacy calling cards and animated calling cards have been added to the Prestige Shop.
A new film library has been added to the barracks, where players can watch film sequences from previous seasons.
Players will now be prompted to uninstall the Black Ops Cold War Campaign to free up space.
All saved campaign data are retained and the mode can be reinstalled at any time.

Updated throwback moshpit playlist with Nuketown ’84 and remastered maps from Black Ops and Black Ops II added.
Added new rewards for the newest Gunfight tournament.

Onslaught will be available on all platforms starting November 2nd at 9:00 p.m. PT, including 23 maps in Onslaught and Onslaught Containment:
Contain the onslaught
Fixed an issue where progress for the Onslaught Containment Challenge “Containment” was being tracked while playing Standard Onslaught.
Raging Polluter’s effects now last until round 55 (previously ended in round 20).
The chance to spawn Super Sprinters has been adjusted based on community feedback. Super Sprinter’s spawn rate now starts at 20% (originally 50%) and increases by 5% every 5 rounds while Rampage Inducer is active (25% chance in rounds 5-9, 30% chance in round 10 -14 etc.).
Style of play
Fixed an issue in Firebase Z where the Orda was inadvertently difficult to kill during the attack waves from round 30 in 3-player and 4-player games.
Fixed an issue where players could lose control of the ARC-XD if they hit “The Machine” near the entrance doors of the underground facility.
Closed exploits that allowed players to reach unintended locations in The Machine, Firebase Z, and Wall Of The Dead.
Completed various zombie trail exploits in Forsaken.
Fixed various stability issues in Forsaken related to arcade games, the main quest, and the Chrysalax wonder weapon.
Fixed an issue where certain audio was missing during Exfil in Forsaken.
Fixed an issue where Kravchenko’s knife was missing during the ending sequence of “Firebase Z”.
Players now start Outbreak with 1,000 Essence (previously 500).
Weapons from seasons 4 and 5 can now be purchased from the Mystery Box.
Weapons from seasons four and five can now be purchased as possible rewards.
Fixed an issue where goblets were incorrectly being awarded in Limited Time Modes.
PhD Slider can now be purchased in the offline local game.
The handgun and ARC-XD can now be crafted in the offline local game.
