World War Z, the zombie shooter from Saber Interactive that launched on PS4 and Xbox One a few years ago, made its way to Nintendo Switch today. A launch trailer (which is age-dependent and therefore unfortunately cannot be embedded in the site) can be seen here.
Inspired by the Paramount Pictures film of the same name, players fight alone or in co-op mode with up to four players for the survival of mankind against the undead. You can play through episodes of the story campaign in New York, Moscow, Jerusalem and Tokyo and take on all the zombies you could possibly want in multiple game modes. Other modes like ‘Horde Mode Z’ will be released later as a free DLC update.
Saber Interactive says this is “the greatest zombie game on Nintendo Switch” and promises to be “immersive, action-packed.” Here’s a feature list to tell you a little more:

You can purchase the game from today either physically or in the eShop for USD 39.99, and a digital Deluxe Edition includes additional content such as the Lobo Weapon Package, Biohazard Weapon Package, Military Weapon Package, Last Help Weapon Package, Signature Weapon Pack Hero Character Skin Pack and the Professional Character Skin Pack.
