Rumors have been circulating for a while that Rockstar would release a polished and embellished version of three of its classic GTA games – namely GTA 3, GTA: Vice City, and GTA: San Andreas. Well, these rumors have been confirmed.
While the three-game re-release is slated to hit a variety of different home consoles and PCs later this year, mobile gamers will have to wait a little longer.
That’s because Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition won’t hit the Play Store until the first half of 2022. So you have at least a couple of months of finger play before it lands. Here is a trailer.
The new versions of the game will feature graphical improvements and some more modern additions to the gameplay while still capturing what made them so great.
Rockstar has also announced that the latest versions of the game will be disappearing from digital stores in the coming weeks.
We have no news of an exact release date for the Android version of the game or games, or how much it will cost. But rest assured that we will let you know as soon as we find out more.
